Central District Overview

The Central District has an average total attendance of 4,606 students, one of the highest enrollments within the EVSC.
New construction and renovations are being implemented throughout the district. In the Central District, the following changes are planned:
• Lincoln Elementary School and Cedar Hall Elementary School – conversion to kindergarten-through-eighth-grade (K-8) schools in 2010
• Cedar Hall – construction of a new, two-story building
• Lincoln School and Highland Elementary School – new construction and renovations
• Central High School – stadium renovations and turf replacement
• All schools – technology improvements, including wireless Internet and Internet Protocol phones
